About This Event
The Jerusalem-Yerushalayim concert event featured the amazing singers of The Song Company, together with the participants in the 5th Australian Jewish Choral Festival. It was the Australian premiere of a specially abridged festival version of the contemporary oratorio Jerusalem - Yerushalayim by Antony Pitts, artistic director of The Song Company. Attended by State MP Tim James, Willoughby Mayor Tanya Taylor and Councillors from the Willoughby and Ku-ring-gai Councils, the large audience was treated to a splendid evening of music, followed by a supper reception.
This was the largest event presented at the North Shore Temple Emanuel since before the advent of COVID-19, and, with sensible health precautions in place, went off without a hitch.
